The feasibility and means of constituting a permanent forum have been assessed. A Scope, set of bylaws, and implementation plan have been developed. These items were presented to AIChE's Chemical Technology Operating Council (CTOC) for approval at the 2000 Annual Meeting in Los Angeles.
